Guardian Consent Notice
- A player aged 13 to 17 asked you to approve their PitchProof account.
- You decide each permission separately. Nothing is allowed by default.
- You can withdraw permissions at any time using the link in your confirmation email.
- We store your email address only to contact you about this player's account.
Why you received this
A player in your care chose the age band "13 to 17" in PitchProof and entered your email address. PitchProof is operated by CML Electronics, Höglerstrasse 55, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland.
What you are asked to decide
Please confirm that you are the player's parent or legal guardian, and choose which of these the player may use:
- a public football Passport;
- being found by scouts;
- contact from scouts through PitchProof requests (you are emailed about each request);
- making videos public;
- showing movement data (distance and pitch heatmap) publicly;
- AI analysis of their own videos.
Private features, such as logging matches and goals and recording movement sessions, work without these permissions. Movement sessions never store location.
Trials
If a scout invites the player to a trial, you receive a separate email and the player can accept only after you approve.
Your data
We store your email address, your decisions, the time of each decision and the consent version. The link we send you is single-use and expires after 7 days. We use your email address only for messages about this player's account. You can ask us to delete it, which also withdraws your consent.
Withdrawing consent
Use the withdrawal link in your confirmation email at any time. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: the player's public Passport, discovery and scout contact stop.
