Delete your account

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, videos and records, except data we must keep by law, as described in the Data Retention Policy.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel them in the app under Settings → Plan & usage → Manage subscription, or in your iPhone settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore purchases is on the same screen. See the Subscription Terms.

Report content or a user

Use Report on any profile, video or request in the app, or the web report form. You can block users from their profile.

Parents and guardians

Players aged 13 to 17 need a guardian's approval for youth features. Guardians receive an email link to approve or decline. See the Youth Safety Policy.
