Community Guidelines
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or sexual content.
- Contact with players under 18 happens only through PitchProof requests, which their guardian can see.
- Upload only footage you have the right to share.
- Never ask for money for a trial, a contract or a recommendation.
- Report anything that worries you. Reports are confidential.
Respect
Treat players, parents, coaches and scouts with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, discrimination and sexual content are not allowed anywhere on PitchProof.
Protecting young players
- Adults must not seek private contact with players under 18 outside PitchProof's request system.
- Do not ask a minor for personal contact details, social media accounts, photos or meetings.
- Trials for players under 18 need guardian co-approval through PitchProof.
- Any sexualised content involving minors is reported to the authorities.
Honest profiles
Use your real identity and real club affiliation. Do not impersonate other people or organisations. Do not invent statistics, achievements or recommendations.
Media
Upload only footage you recorded yourself or have permission to share. Respect people who appear in your videos, especially minors from other teams. Do not upload broadcast footage without the rights holder's permission.
No exploitation
Never ask for or offer money, gifts or favours in exchange for trials, contracts, selection or recommendations. Report anyone who does.
Reporting
Use "Report" on any profile, video, Passport, request or trial. People who appear in a video can report it even without an account. Reports are reviewed by PitchProof staff and the reporter's identity is not shared with the reported user.
Enforcement
Depending on severity we may dismiss a report, restrict or hide content, remove it, warn the user, suspend or disable the account, or escalate to the authorities. You can appeal decisions about your content or account.
