Terms of Service
- PitchProof helps players document their football development and lets scouts and coaches discover and contact players safely.
- You must be at least 13. Players aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's approval.
- You keep ownership of what you upload. You must have the right to upload it.
- PitchProof does not guarantee trials, contracts or selection by any club.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and CML Electronics, Höglerstrasse 55, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland. By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your account before youth features become active. Scouts and coaches must be 18 or older and must act on behalf of a genuine club, academy or organisation.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, analyse and display that content only as needed to run PitchProof for you and to show it to the audiences you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including consent from people who can be identified in your videos. See the Video and Recording Policy.
Acceptable use
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass anyone, contact minors outside PitchProof's controlled request system, upload content you do not have rights to, misrepresent your identity or club, scrape the service or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.
Scouting and trials
PitchProof does not act as an agent, intermediary or employer. Information from scouts, coaches and clubs comes from them, not from us. PitchProof does not guarantee any trial, contract, selection or outcome. Trials involving players aged 13 to 17 require guardian co-approval.
AI analysis
AI analysis is an aid, not a professional assessment. It works from sampled frames and the information you provide, and it can be wrong or incomplete. Analysis stages that are not available are marked as such. There is no player rating. See the AI Use Policy.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Safety, privacy, deletion, reporting, guardian controls, match logging and basic development features are always free. See the Subscription Terms.
Moderation and termination
We may restrict, remove or hide content and suspend or disable accounts that break these terms, the law or the Community Guidelines. Where possible we explain the decision and you can appeal. You can delete your account at any time.
Liability
PitchProof is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED: liability limits under Swiss and consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
