Your Data Protection Rights
In short
- You can see, correct, download and delete your data.
- Most requests can be done directly in the Privacy Center.
- Guardians of players aged 13 to 17 can withdraw consent at any time from their email link.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- have your data deleted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal.
How to use them
- Correct: edit your profile, matches and settings directly in the app.
- Download: Privacy Center, then "Download my data". You receive an archive with a link valid for 7 days. For security you may need to sign in again first.
- Delete: Privacy Center, then "Delete account". Deletion progress is shown in the app.
- Withdraw consent: Privacy Center, or for guardians the withdrawal link in the confirmation email.
- Anything else: contact PRIVACY_CONTACT_REQUIRED. We respond within the period required by law.
Guardians
A parent or guardian of a player aged 13 to 17 can withdraw any permission at any time and can ask us about the player's data. We may ask for information to confirm the request.
Complaints
You can complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Switzerland or to the data protection authority where you live.
